In the mid 1990's Ferrari once again entered the sports prototype arena with the fantastic 333SP |
| |
This new 'barchetta' from the Scuderia left all in it's wake in many classic races, at some of the world's most famous circuits from 1994 onwards. It won the 12 hour Sebring race in 1995 and again in 1997. It also scored wins at the Daytona 24 hour race and at Watkins Glen. When it won at the Nurburgring it was the first of a series of race wins in Europe, going on to win at the 500 miles of Monza and at Spa between 1999 and 2001 |
